Miss Sea Coast Pre-Teen New Hampshire...

Okay, so I've never really been sure how I feel about pageants.
 I guess, I've always assumed there was WAY too much emphasis on looks and that maybe the girls who took part were all ditzy ... 
but then, yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing - Nicole - Miss Sea Coast Pre-Teen New Hampshire.

And my mind was forever changed.

Maybe some pageants or some people get caught up in the over-done, beauty focused world.

But Nicole was the MOST poised, articulate, confident young girl I have had the pleasure of meeting.

And, as you can see, she is beautiful too...
